I would just like to say that I have read all the reviews. The apartment manager there is a man, his name is David Noland. It has been that way for a long time. There is a man and a lady that work there as well, they do everything. Has anyone actually ever talked to the manager. I don't think so! It seems that they would have more people working there so everything isn't put off on 2 people. Especially because you never see the manager doing anything to help. The man and woman that work there have always been nice to me and helped me with whatever my problems were, but when it came to needing to talk to the manager I couldn't get a call back or a meeting set seems that he would just avoid me. I figure he is probably an hard man to work for so i thing the lady and man are great but the manager is the problem. NOW the apartments, they are a good size in a good location and reasonable price. They are not isulated AT ALL. The electric bill is extreamly high. As far as the looks of the inside of them they could be updated ALOT. As far as the outside....Well lets just say get rid of the baby crap green. I bet the manager wouldn't live in a baby crap green house. No one is ever in the pools. They look like prison pools with bobed wire and ugly picnic tables and concrete and nothing else, i am sure the city has some requirements for the fence but it doesn't look inviting at all. There is never anyone outside playing or enjoying the day. the playground looks like some $200 homedepot kit they put out just so they could say they have a playground. the rules are VERY STRICT, seems like you are living with a wicked step manager or something. If you are poor and just need a roof over your head it is better than a box, but if you are looking to enjoy life at all i would not recommend living here. Good luck and happy hunting. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

The apartments arent bad really. Considering how old they are, they have done a good job maintaining them. They are a hidious color of green on the outside, I agree. As for the office help... they arent very cordial. I understand that they have things to do, but the guy is pretty much an ass. And what is with all the cameras?! I feel like a convict, a prisoner in my home.
I really do think they are in our apartments when were not home. Our belongings will be moved around like my bath salts taken out of the cabinets.... creepy.
If you put in a maintainance report, dont expect anything to happen. Weve had a broken door for months now and random things around the apartment just fall apart. I dont recommend Santa Fe at all.
