The management was horrible. We complained about the noise and the "courtesy officer" never showed up. Had to call the police to get the downstairs neighbors to turn down their TV or music, or whatever was blaring. We had to fight to keep our covered parking because people kept parking in our reserved, and paid for, spot. I would not come back to this apartment. When we had a winter storm our stairs iced over and management would not do anything to keep them safe until we threatened to call their superiors then they sanded but not until we fell several times down the stairs. I feel that we were robbed during this stay because of the lack of space and poor management.
