Is this the WORST place I've ever lived' Of course not.

Am I renewing my lease' Well, no.

I haven't necesssarily had a bad experience but it hasn't always been pleasant and easy.

Upon moving in, I had to go the first month without a stove and the first four months without a fan in the living room which made being in that room during day almost unbearable.

The new management is very nice.

They do their job and always explain what is going on.

I've never had a problem with noise which could be because I tend to be loud.

Hey, you live in an apartment complex, you're going to hear your neighbors.

Parking can be a nightmare if you have any visitors at all.

I've had to ask some to move their cars out of my reserved spot but most people are more than polite about it.

I do live upstairs so the freezing stairs issue does come up but so infrequently.

I've never fallen and I can be a clumsy person.

The area is kept quite clean and I feel safe there most of the time.

I probably won't renew my lease, not because I'm dissatisfied, but am ready for bigger and better things.

If apartment living is what you want, this is a good place.

I don't know if I'd pay the normal rent.

I got in on a good deal or I wouldn't have paid that much.
