The staff is unfriendly and unconcerned with fixing problems. If you are staying on the bottom floor, then you will soon expirience what sounds like a football game being played above you that is caused by normal walking. I want to go back to the unfriendliness of the staff. They are horrible about providing quality customer service to people that pay almost a grand a month for rent (and some pay more than I) for the same exact floor plan. The are rediculously unorganized and all about the dollar which I would be ok with if the quality of personel was up to par. Point is...if you like stuck up snobs that are in no hurry to help you out once you get in your place...this is the place for you. If you're a normal person that expects quality service with the price tag that they charge...keep on looking.
