We have lived in woodhaven for about six months now. Request and work orders we put in when we moved in have yet to be done. The noise from other tenants is awful. We live upstairs and can hear every time someone in the building opens and closes a cabinet, not to mention when they close their front doors. And THE TRAIN, you may learn to live with it, but at first you will notice it runs anywhere from 2-5 times an hour, and at night it is soo loud. I agree at first they look great , and who doesn't want somthing new, but it is not worth it. The staff are nice to you at first then they turn rude and unfriendly (in-need of people skills.) Good luck parking your vehicles. The garages they built are too small for any normal car. None of ours fit in it. Maybe if you have a little kia or some other economy car. Everyone has to park on the street and it makes the whole place look dumpy. I truly hope you can find a better place than woodhaven to live, Good Luck.

you are so right man. these apartments are horrible. how do we get out of the lease??? I'm tired of hearing people screaming and playing beer pong every week night! not to mention their friends are taking up all of our parking spaces. i don't mind them partying on the weekend but every week night is ridiculous. we talked to the landlady and she said there is nothing she can do about it!! what's up with that???

We talked to the landlady too, she just tells us to call the police. We have seen the police a couple of times, but really what are they doing about all the crazy partys in the middle of the week. Its just not for a family. Its the perfect place for college kids who want to party with their neighbors, cause we all know the landlord does nothing about it.
