My unit was brand new when I moved in. I'm no expert, but the quality seems much higher than I'm used to. The management was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make me feel at home. I have heard gripes from my neighbors about the lady that used to run the office, but apparently it's a good thing she's gone. If everyone parked just the way they were supposed to, parking wouldn't be a problem. But sometimes it does get tight. My car fits in my garage ( contrary to other comments ), but its not a big truck, and I use it to store a bunch of other stuff anyway. I just consider it free storage that the other places I looked at didn't have.

Bottom line is there was nothing even close to as nice as Woodhaven in the price range. I'll enjoy the pool until it gets to cold to use it.
