We thought the place looked pretty good, nice and new. The staff was pretty nice. But wow what a change a few months can do. Parking is kinda crazy, you have to park on the street and when everyone is home the street gets crowded and is real narrow, big enough for one car at a time. Everyone drives around the corners like crazy. We have almost been hit several times.
As for the actual apartment all the appliances are real cheap. Good luck with the tiny fridge if you move in.
ITS NOT VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY. The kids really don't have any where to play and its too dangerous for them to ride their bikes with all the cars. We almost hit some , cause they have to weave in and out of cars to ride. And we thought they were going to build a park, but no its more of a walking park they said not a playground.
As far as maintence, they forget about you after a few months, we are still waiting for repairs. People like to hang outside their buildings and drink, swear, and party. Not a place you want your children around in the afternoon.
The partying usually carries onto the morning hours sometimes. WE CAN'T WAIT TILL OUR LEASE IS UP.
