My car was broken into 3 times and then stolen! They do not have security guards as said. No gates plus bad service. My fiance and I lived there for almost a year. Then they turned these apartments into low income which forced us to move out! We didn't quailfy so we were told we could not stay. They wanted a 60 day notice and our lease was up in 1 month. They argued that we needed a 60 day notice even though it was not our fault we had to leave. They made the changes and we had to suffer. It was very stressful trying to locate a new place and deal with those people. I work for a law firm so I seeked legal advice from the attorneys I work with and finally scared them. To top it off, they wanted us to pay that last months rent to give a good renters history to the new place. So we were looking at 2 months rent at one time. The new place and this one. It was ridiculous!!!!! This was a bad place to dwell. NEVER AGAIN!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
