I moved in in Sept of 2004, I'm a single mom and it was the only place I could afford at the time. The office staff is horrible! Always chaning and never helpful. A couple weeks ago my AC went out..Freddy did not report my call therefore it took two days of heat to get my AC fixed. It wasn't the maintenance mans fault, he was very friendly and very apologetic. My fridge does not run properly but because it runs...it's ok. My front door requires slamming against it to get it to open or shut...I've reported this many times...got so bad one time I could close my door enough to lock it...took four days for them to fix it...again due to Freddy reporting it incorrectly. The pool closest to me...not near the office...is always nasty. I wouldn't swim in it if my hair was on fire. There are always bass thumping cars parked near my apartment and just sit and thump thump thump...but since Webster has no sound ordinance there is nothing I can do. Kids ride pocket rockets up and down the parking lot. When I first moved in the person across and up from me had a party and her friends got in a fight, broke a beer bottle on my car, slam each other on a neighbors hood and did damage to numerous cars...did the management care or do anything' No...I had to call the police and file a report for the damage to my car...and mine was the least affected. If I could afford another $100 a month in rent I'd break my lease and get the heck out...I'm on a waiting list for a nicer complex right now...I hope it comes through soon!!! Also the landscaping is horrible. If it rains you have to walk though mud and water puddles to get to your door. I have a mosquito infestation outside my door, call to inform them and they said there was nothing they could do...it was the cities problem. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES....live here!!!!
