I moved in about four years ago. I have seen this place go down the dumps. It is horrible here. I am waiting for my lease to end so I can get out of the getto. There is loud thumping music EVERY NIGHT of the week after hours. People are fighting in the parking lot and there is trash everywhere. I can't call the police because I am scared of what they will do to me. A few weeks ago someone set a car on fire. I pay for reserved parking and many times I have come home to someone parked in my spot. I was told to call the towing company, but there is NO number listed for them. I finally got the number and everytime I call them they give me the same excuse. They cannot tow a car that is parking in your spot unless management says it is ok. Management is not there after hours and if you call the 24 hour service, they tell you that you have to wait until morning. What is the point in paying for reserved parking''' Management doesn't care and the leasing agents are just plain there to collect a paycheck. My front door has a gap at the bottom of it and most of the time I can't close or lock it. Everytime the weather changes, the door is harder to close and the lock gets jammed. The foundation on the building sucks!!! I have cracks on my patio, in my bedroom, and in the living room. It is embarrassing to have anyone over because my apartment is falling apart. The landscaping is also horrible. Is there some reason why grass does not grow around the trees''' Did I say this place is horrible''' BEWARE!!! I have been counting the days until my lease is up. If you want a place to live where it is peaceful and you feel safe......... DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!
