The Place is a Dump

My parents recently moved out after living there for four years. There were kids playing in the street all the time (they set off my car alarm several times), and they run behind your car as you are backing up so you almost hit them. It appears that many of the female residents are only there as baby factories who never bother to discipline their kids at all. Teenagers were always out late at night blasting loud music from their cars and climbing on top of the parking structures. My mom's car was vandalized regularly (someone kept pouring urine on it) for almost a year - they filed a police report but nothing was ever done. My parents did have two parking spaces, but their neighbors went out of their way to hit whichever car was parked close to them by opening their door into the side of the car. There was water damage in their unit from a leaky roof and an ant colony in the master bedroom closet (my mother is allergic to ant bites and had to start keeping Benadryl on hand at all times). My dad was out of town on business once and someone tried to break in one night while my mom was home all by herself. Landscaping was hideous, grass only grew in patches. At the end of their lease, my parents were paying over $800 for a month-to-month lease (way overpriced for the dung-heap that place is).
