I've lived here for six horrible years and nothing is good about this place! Very narrow parking spaces, high crime/drug rate, very bad appearance. On the side of the street where the office is, it seems ok, but cross the street and it becomes ghetto. No joke. They went almost a whole summer without cleaning the pool once, it was greener than the grass! Many of my neighbors have complained about MAGGOTS, and flies in their kitchen. There are ants in the walls, the bathroom ceilings leak like crazy, major flodding issues. Bugs galore!!! You are much better off in a roach hotel. Maintince is horrible, it takes weeks just to get a hold of them, and when they do come, they never officially fix the problem. They are unorganized, often losing spare keys, poor service, and oh my goodness- The trash went almost 3 weeks without being picked up. The smell was HORRIBLE, and trash was oozing out into the street. Very unfriendly tenants and staff. Just an awful place to live.

well, if you hate it so much and it is so horrible why have u been living there for 6 years. doesnt sound right.

6 years is a very long time to live somewhere you hate!!!! you didnt have resign leases

In my short time here at Baybrook, I've met a few older tenants that are basically 'stuck' here due to their finacial situation. Maybe this is one of them?
