Started off OK, wasn't expecting much when I moved in, but it has gone downhill FAST. Incompetant maintenance, indifferent management........
My apt has MOLD all in the walls and ceiling of the bathroom from numerous leaks (flooding) from the upstairs bathroom. While they did eventually fix the leaks and the holes in the walls, I was told the mold and mildew was to be expected in an old building.
I'm outta this dump next week.
If you are a druggie, and like living in a ghetto, by all means move here.
