When my roommate and I first moved in we loved the area and layout of the apartment. However, we quickly learned why so many people post bad reviews. The parking spaces are extremely small and as a result, my truck has been doored numerous times on both sides. Also we have mold around all of our air vents and the air always feels sticky in our apartment. But the worst problem is our ac. We live upstairs and our ac will only cool our apt. to 79 degrees! We called the management and someone came out to look at it the next day but they said it was "running at full capacity!" That may be true but full capacity doesn't mean it is it's at optimal capacity. Our electric bill for the month of september was $335! No joke! We are moving as soon as our lease is up in december. Cannot wait!
