The first week I moved in I was offered drugs while walking 5 feet to my car, in the middle of the day! They also started to re-roof my section, starting every morning at 6. Our sink just out of no where stopped working so my roomate called maitnance. A week later at 9 in the morning, I heard ONE knock at the door, I was semi-asleep like half the world, and I woke up completely when I heard the door open. I thought it was my roomate so I walked out my bedroom, in my underware, to find the maitnence guy comming through the door like he lived there! And apperently 2 friends of ours have had the exact same experience. I've lived in appartments my whole life and 4 months in this one has been the WORST!

***UPDATE***
Well after the whole incident when the maintnence walked into my apartment, all my checks for rent went missing! They said I didnt pay for any of the 3 months immediatly after the whole thing happened. And after the storm, our cieling crashed in. Our apartment was broken into too. A week later we had someone come in and fix the cieling, which involved tearing it down and stapling a tarp on it. We then found out we had a LARGE spider infestation. I had to go to the emergency room and get all of the bite swells cut open and drained. One even bit me in the eye! We called the office and asked for an extermination, which still has not arrived. This morning the maitnence came to finish the cieling. We asked them before to call before they invited themselves in because of the incident a few months ago. I woke up to a man in my room saying "good morning" and because of all my painkillers for my spider bites, i was completly out of it. I heard the other man say, "it says on the workorder we were suppose to call" and they left. I finaly got up, freaked out i should add, and went to the office. The new manager told be they dont take requests to call before walking in because it takes too much time. Everything about this is bull****! Im sueing the appartments and moving to Scarsdale Park.

well im glad ive read these reviews cos me and family just came there last wkend to get an apartment and they said it will be ready july 1 but after seein all this i think we might jus pass.

People say such bad things about this place but I have never had an issue. I don't have spiders or anything like that. Sounds to me some please just love to complain!

It seems to be a really big problem they have just walking in weeks after you make a request. A window broke from the storm i reported it and a week and a half later as I was getting out of the shower i heard and knock and then someone trying to enter the door. I called and said something also asked that i don;t have men I don't know in my apartment that I don't know when my husband is not here. Then 2 weeks later someone knocks and right away tries to enter the door so I call again and she sends a note the the maintenance manager who emails me back he will let the contracting company know my concern. Then the very next day of course as I am getting out of the shower I hear a knock and as usual right away tries to enter. They I was very pissed off at this point cause I caould have walked out of the shower naked to men in my appartment with out any notice. I called and talked well more yelled at the manager about this and he says there are to many appartments for them to give you a notice. Why the manager does not see their laziness to give out a notice as a problem is beyond me. Really how hard is it!! I have lived in many appartments and never one time did I not get a notice the day before they will be here to fix something. On top of all this when we first moved in here from a different state we were not tolled we had to have electric on the day we move in or we wont have any so we went 4 days without any in the middle of the summer. As great as that was the people that lived here before us had an animal that soaked the carpet in urine so the smell was great. They had the carpet cleaned it did not help much then sent the maintenance guy and he sprayed some cleaner under the carpet I gave up on it after that. It truly is the worst place I have ever lived and I tell everyone I can how horrible it is here. Also I have filled out a complaint form with the BBB and the TAA so I hope they take it more serious here soon and I suggest everyone that has had entering problems to do the same. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

i used to have this probelm, i changed my locks. good luck with sueing them. while i was paying my rent last week [i always get the recipt signed by atleast 3 people now because the same rent issue happened to me] a lady said she had rats behind her fridge ... and when asked if she could break her lease the lady said no!?!? but they wouldnt do anything about the rats. these people are smoking crack that their tennants are selling i am 5 months pregnant and i get offered drugs almost every week while i walk my dog. i hate this place. i hate how matnience hits on you every time there their to fix something .. i hate the mold eating away at my walls because they wont come and fix the hurricain damage and i hate that they make up fake names and post things like "you people are stupid" "bunch of cranky people" and say obvious things to my posts that only an employee there would know. the managers name------------------ his number is saposed to be--------------good luck every one!!

i was that person in the office with the rats there only solution is to give me sticky traps! oh and they put bait units around the building., well they arent checking them and until I stop getting rats I will continue to bring them ALIVE stuck to the traps to the office! Needless to say OUr lease is up in Feb so we are ready to go! This place is horrible! We should have stayed in the hood, at least there the onloy rats they had were people not rodents! and apartment guru.... seriously u dont live here u might work here but u defanitly dont live here!
