I have lived at Baybrook for almost two years, sure I've had some issues - but over all it's not that bad. I know we have new owners, and they seem to be doing a ton of much needed work. I've had issues with my A/C also, but it's an older apartment so I can't expect too much... Let's be realistic. I saw an article on the news a few weeks ago that electric bills across the nation have increased by 70% and it's due to the increase of gas prices. Even if you are locked into a fixed rate, the higher gas prices cause a higher KWH usage which means a higher bill. Complaining about a high bill due to an A/C is just childish and immature.
The repairs being done to the outside of the apartments, are very nice. They even agreed to rehab the interior of my apartment because I signed a renewal at a higher rate. Well worth another year in my opinion. The staff in the office right now seems to have their hands around things. Jose and Chad are the two Managers, and they are doing more than I have seen anyone do in the last two years. I'm happy to findally see someone manage this property that cares about us. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I've lived there before the office changed guard... and I lived there 'under the new management'. It sucked when I moved in and it sucked when I moved out. So to the anonymous employee that wrote this review, let me just say that anyone that lives there knows you are all full of crap. Your complex SUCKS.

You could not be more right this place SUCKS!! The worst place I have ever lived in my life. The only reason anyone would live here is to have no privacy or respect from the leasing office I can not wait to move out when my lease is up.
