I evacuated during the Hurricane and I was very scared to come home, when I did arrive home of course I had no electricity or water - but the office staff was very nice and caring. They informed us where we could go in the area to get ice and food. They were even in the office working with no electricity and no ac. That meant the world to me and my son to see them working when they didn't have to be. It was great to have the comfort knowing they were there for us

yeah I heard the same thing today..he said it couldn't be fixed in the past b/c of all the rain and water..
