Worst place I have ever lived in my life I will tell anyone I can not to live here. It is hard to see how much urine from someone elses animal was on the carpet when we moved in but at least the pic does not come with the smell and not to mention the pooop that was here as well. If you want to live at a place where the leasing office has no respect for your privacy and no concern on how clean the place is when you move in then this is the place for you. When turning in a maintenance request it may take weeks to get done and they will not tell you when someone is coming into your apartment weeks after you fill out your request form. I lived in bigger places then this but this place is to big for the lazy staff to be able to give a notice. They would rather have someone getting out of the shower naked and run into strange men in there apartment then to get of their lazy ass and give you a notice that 3 weeks after they got your request someone is entering your apartment if you don't answer the door. Guess I could have just waited all day long day after day for them to come. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! If you read a good comment on this place it is either the staff or some lucky 1% of the residents here that actually like the place because there is nothing good about this place what so ever you would be an idiot to want to live here. For the price or even a little more I am sure there is way better places to live so go find one of them and forget you ever heard of Baybrook Village.

Issues? The ppl with issues are the ones that actually stay here after their leaase is up. They are ridiculous for not letting ppl know they will be entering their apartment.
