Some people just can't ever be happy. Seems like they want there work done, yet when it gets done - they complain about how and when it was done. All I can say to people like that is, buy a house if your that picky!

Texas Apartment Assc. is waiting for someone to get shot and killed before they do something about this invading the privacy issue. Just wait on that it will happen and they will figure out at the expense of a poor soul's death. And it is for sure that a brown noser or the manager who cannot manage left that message to get a promotion or stay at his position. Good Luck on that buddy, nice try but too obvious. Btw give me a call and I will give you classes on how to write at half price. My phone number? 1-800-quityourjobNOW! you are getting nowhere at your workplace with this "professionalism".

Ah yes.... this happened to me today!
No clothes on!!!! They knocked and opened my door before I had "One moment please" out of my mouth! Then they said that their system said I was scheduled to move out on 10/31 so they were coming to do a walk through! After I waited 2 hours for a manager to call me back, I filed a complaint with Houston Apartment Association and went to visit the office. At first "I'm sorry, there is no manager available." Then when I told them who I was a manager appeared. I was pretty much told that there was nothing I could do about it because there was a glitch in their system saying I was due to vacate, and that gives them reason to enter my apartment. I don't believe their glitch is reason enough to invade my privacy! I'm so tired of this place and all of the problems I've encountered since I've lived here.
It's too funny, I know someone at an apartment locater that says they don't even mention Baybrook Village because it's got such a bad reputation. How sad. I hope I can get out of this lease because of this, but if not, I'm very thankful that I only have 4 more months here.
apartmentguru... yes, you need to read the lease agreement because you are VERY incorrect.

I believe apartmentguru82 needs to go back and read the TAA contract, #28. They can not just enter your apartment anytime they want. It is outlined in #28 when, and for what reasons, they are allowed to enter your apartment. If they enter your apartment outside the guidelines of the TAA, the management company and their staff can be held liable and they have violated (broken) their own lease agreement.

Some people have to understand that the management and staff are just doing there job. They are trying very hard to make everyone happy and get work done at the same time. If there had been a glitch in the computer they did not make that happen. I feel bad for the office because all the staff is doing is what they are suppost to do and everyone gives them a hard time. As mad as I can get we can not take it out on them.

You have GOT to be kidding me with that review? The reason why people STILL complain about when and how it was done is because it took FOREVER for them to come out to do their job and then when they do, they do a crappy ass job. So that is why people complain!!! Whoever wrote that review is an idiot. I'm sorry to say.
