I moved into these apartments in August of 2007 and moved out with 60 days notice in July of 2007. I left the apartment completely imacculate, shampooing the carpets, repairing small nail holes in the walls, replacing stovetop burners, etc. I did this because I knew with my timely rent payments throughout my lease and leaving the apartment in great condition I would recieve my deposit back. I had left over a 400 dollar deposit and knew how to leave an apartment so the company would not hesitate in giving it back. I turned in my keys while doing a walk through with the manager at the time, (this complex has gone through numerous management changes in the short time I was there.) I was told I would receive my deposit in 30 days. I never did. I was than told it would be 60 days. That never happened. When I call to the office my call gets transferred till it gets disconnected. I never complained about the failed attempts to fix the few maintenace issues around my apartment. I never even fussed about the bug problem instead I took care of it myself. When it comes to my money I do not understand what the problem in getting it back to me besides they want to frustrate me till I give up trying to get it back. This complex is the by far the worst.

Yes, they suck. I assume that you moved July of 08.. :o) You said 07. Anyway...don't give up on your money and if you're able to, I'd come in to the office and speak to the manager. If that doesn't work, try to contact the Texas Apartment Association. Then again... I'm sure one or more of the employees probably posts here, and maybe they can help you out. Kudos to you for getting out of the hell hole though! My lease is up soon, but not soon enough.

Gee, the last response doesn't sound at all like someone from the office staff.....yeah right! Could you be more obvious? How do you happen to know the situation when the review didn't say anything about anybody else? I worked in the apt biz for 10 years and that just says so much about the people that work there....SO UN-PROFESSIONAL!

The office staff is completely unprofessional. When dealing with an upset family member they referenced to in their post. The so-called manager told the woman while she was trying to explain her situation to, "Shut her mouth already!" and than again told her, " To just shut up already!" I have been in customer service and managment for a number of years and had never seen such rude and unprofessional behavior EVER!!

I use to be an apartment manager what you need to do is tell them you had 30 day to get my deposit back and now I am going to sue you you for three times the amount of the deposit .and you know you have every right to!!!!
