LOOK I LIVED HERE FROM 2006-2008... YEAH 2 YEARS!!!!! AND I LOVED IT THERE!!! THERE WAS NEVER ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL!!!! NO ROACHES!!! NO RATS!!!! NOTHING!!! AND PLUS MAYBE I DID SEE A FEW ROACHES HERE AND THERE.. BUT IF YOU ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE THINGS GET YOUR A$$ UP AND GO PAY A $1500 DOLLAR APARTMENT IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!! STUPID PEOPLE!!! WHEN I LIVED THERE I PAYED 490$ FOR THE BIGGEST ONE BEDROOM.... (VERY CHEAP)!!!! SO I LOVE THE PEOPLE!!! AND PLUS SOMETIMES I WAS HARD ON MONEY THEY LET ME PAY MY RENT 2 MONTHS LATE!!!! YEAH!!!

This review is pretty ignorant. If I even was under a dollar short on rent the company would leave a letter printed on red paper on my door asking for the balance immediately. This along with the fact that the company couldn't even answer simple maintenance calls or keep the pest control of the building in compliance is not something anyone should just ignore. This apartment complex is disgusting and the way it is run is unprofessional.

This apartment complex is huge... so I can see where SOMEONE would be happy with it. However, with the area that the apartment complex is located, it should look and be ran much better than it is. I have received a notice before for UNDER a dollar. Idiots. Can't wait til my lease is up.

I have lived here for one year the dumpster is always full of trash . I have mold in my apartment after the hurricane . And I have called maintenance and no one has fixed the problem . And they say they have new owners."I DONT'S SEE ANY GOOD CHANGES!!!!!!!
