They will take your money with promises and smiles but if you ever have a problem forget about it because they are not going to fix or help you out at all. You can complain until you turn blue but in the end they will promise the world and give you the run around. It is soooooooo not worth it.

Submit your request in writing. If you do this 3 times and they fail to comply you can break your lease legally. (check your lease for details) Yes.. they suck. I moved out 2 months ago and I'm extremely happy about it. That place is a sh!thole!
