This palce is a rat hole!!! I recentley moved just a few months ago and it was the best thing i have ever done! I signed a 7 month lease and within that time span there has been 4 DIFFERENT managers. Management takes forever to come to your apt and fix anything. There are drug dealers and people doing them all over the place! Within the time span of 2 wks i opened the balcony door for my son to play and got a big whif of marijuana smoke and while cleaning the glass doors to the balcony i happened to look down at the apt below to the right of me and there was 2 individuals sniffing drugs!!! I couldnt believe it. Not to mention cops come at least 2 times a wk. 1 of the last times the cops had came out they had some of the roads blocked off and police dogs out looking for some1 who was a SEX OFFENDER and the reason for the search of this person'....he was standing infront of a school bus, while unloading the children, MASTURBATING!!! Right after moving in i had talked to some of the tenants and they said that 1 of the cleaning ladys made several complaints about a man coming into the apts while she was cleanig them and masturbating infront of her! Not to mention the outside lights that keep the parkinglot lit were out for several MONTHS, which is dangerous for those who are out late at night. The noise is horrble. People can be in the parkinglot several cars away and it will sound as if they were in your room!You can never find any good parking unless you make it home by 2pm! Sometimes thats not even early enough! And lastly, after moving we recieved a letter stating that we owed a $0 balance and we didnt have anything like damages to pay for which i thought would be the end of my problems but i was wrong! I got a call from a collection agency saying i owed them $2500 because i moved out b4 my lease was up and not to mention i supposably had damages to my apt! Thank goodness i kept my lease and letter stating i owed nothing and when my lease was up because they had made a big mess of things. And when i went up to the leasing office to GET COPPIES OF WHAT LEASE AND OTHER PAPER WRK THEY HAD and they told me that they didnt know where it was! It was horrible! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVES HERE! IT IS NOT SAFE AND MANAGEMENT ARE CROOKED!!!

exactly how i remembered. when i stayed there they also had a rat problem.
