Renters beware.....this place is amazingly nice at first but SUCK after awhile.
Rats (chewed up my carpet)...roaches..... spiders (brown recluse)........break ins...thefts....assaults.....parking sucks.....gates always broken.....noisy neighbors....dogs barking at all hours of the night.
