I'm the author!
This place is HORRIBLE!!! It was ok while we were living there (mostly because we were on the end and didn't have neighbors most of the year) When we moved out the office completely screwed us out of our deposit! The girl that did the walk through didn't know how much anything cost or how much would be deducted and when we called to ask, phone calls were NEVER retuned. They kept $250 of a $300 deposit. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

really, that sounds pretty petty, deposits are usually kept at most apartments, I have rented three diffrent apartments in the same complex in katy and only the first deposit did I get back, if your going to review than tell about the stay not the deposit, that helps us future renters none.

well they kept my deposit for "new" carpet when the carpet was new when we moved in 6 months prior and when wel left the carpet was shampooed by us and immaculate.
