It is very convenient to shopping, interstate, restaurants, Galveston, the beach, NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, nearby parks and many other attractions of interest. The property and grounds are well-kept and there are 2 very clean, fenced-in swimming pools on the grounds. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful, and they respond quickly to the needs of the tenants. If there is a problem in your unit, there's a maintenance crew always on the grounds to assist 24-7. There are regular and recycle dumpsters strategically placed on the property and ...
