- Keystone is a decent place to live. My boss and I leased units at the same time for the complex sight unseen, and we had very different experiences. BEST apartment I have ever lived in! I lived here for a year then had to move to another city. When I came back to Weslaco, there was no other place I even considered. Great staff. Great living area. Great pool and maintenance.
