Not the newest but these townhouses are clean, quiet, and affordable. They come with washer and dryer, small attic storage, a small privacy fenced area in the back. They also include a fire place. I lived there six months and was VERY happy there.

The only down side was parking, it is alley type para. parking and you sometimes have to park a ways from your town house.
