My lease was up 1st of November. I was paying $650 per month. They put a letter on my door stating that in order for me to renew my lease they wanted $750 per month! This place is not worth it especially after I talked to several of my neighbors and they all have said they pay less that 650 per month, some have even said they pay less than 600! I don't understand why I was being jacked around. Needless to say I walked into the office, handed in my keys and told them I can't afford the rent price. They stated the price was so high do to "fair market value" BS. That's BS if that were so then why are other tenants paying less than me, who have even renewed their lease recently too' The Apartments I moved into right around the corner that are just as good and have two full, yes two full sized bathrooms is 580 per month. Other than that it's VERY quite and comes with a good sized backyard for a town home. By all means it's worth it but with two kids who both have medical conditions I can't afford it.

HUN.....YOU ONLY PAY 750 IF YOU WANT A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE AFTER ONE YEAR OR YOU COULD HAVE CHOSE TO RENEW YOUR LEASE AND STAY AT YOUR NORMAL RENT AMOUNT BEFORE YOU "JUMP THE GUN" IF YOU WILL MAKE SURE YOU LEARN HOW TO READ THE WHOLE PAPER I THINK THEY TOUGHT YOU HOW TO DO THAT IN LIKE SECOND GRADE.....
