I have been a resident here for several years and I just now notice that we could write about them. I have had excellent service in office personell as well as maintenance requests. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Although they are a simple complex (no pool), they are quiet and are in a prime location for children. Right next to the school and the park.

I was the one who posted the "Indifferent not bad/not good" comment. I did forget to add that the location is great. The park IS close by (actually two parks and I take my kiddos to them both) along with Wal-Mart, the Dollar General, lots of fast food joints close by. Not to mention my work is 3.5 miles away. I should also mention that while there's been some problems in the past, things seem to be a lot nicer, the crime rate is low and people general stay to themselves, little trouble out of folks here. Awhile back the a dumpster caught fire but it was later determined to be an accident, that's about all the excitement I've seen in awhile. So quietness is key here, if you are looking for it, you got it here. I really don't have much to ----- about. My lease is up next month but I figure I'll renew it. Anyway, nice to meet you neighbor...who ever you are.
