I have lived here for awhile now and like my apartment. The office lady Maurine has been here for a year now and I like her alot. She is quicker on getting things done than the other manager people that used to work here. She is friendly and professional too. I do not like the parking since I am not good at paralele parking, but that is ok. I have not had any problems at all with my neighbors or with the maitenance guys. Everyone is friendly and I really feel like I am a part of a community now, which is nice. If anyone asks me if I know of a good apartment, I will be sure to tell them about Central Park Townhomes.
