I have only been here for 7 months, but I am moving as fast as I can! We rented the 2/2 townhome, but we have no use of our patio ("yard") because of the HUGE dogs that live next door and who are terribly agressive, pushing on the fence anytime we are out on the patio. They bark so loudly we cannot be out there at all. Also, they bark throughout the night...and one even came through the window in the front nad stood barking while I was trying to leave for work.
Further, the rent is outrageous with NO amenities....no pool, parrallel parking...no anything ...
...And ...for 7 months, everyone living here told me that "no-one" gets towed, don't worry when you have guests"... because I WAS worried...there is no street parking available and no visitor parking. Then YESTERDAY...after 5pm we had a letter on the door that stated cars without parking decals would be towed ...before noon TODAY...my son...who is in from out of state...had his car towed...to the tune mysteriously enough, the office CLAIMS that it was coincidental and that no one called the towing company...but he was the FIRST one towed since our arrival!
That's ok...two weeks ago, when we first had temps in the upper 80s. our apartment was terribly hot...well over 85 upstairs..the maintainence man came three times and claimed it was ok...then yesterday they put in a new unit. My stove has eyes that do not work, and the repairs needed that I noted upon our arrival...like the marks on the wall and the patched places on the closet doors and such...were never finished - still look like crap...glad I had little company visit here.
At any rate, I would have never rented here if I hadn't had a child in the High School who I did not want to move in the middle of her senior year. I am more than ready to be gone and to never have to deal with trying to find a parking space and be able to enjoy my place again. I will also be so happy to live somewhere where I am not not ashamed to bring in my family.

DUH.....GOD MAN DONT YOU KNOW IF THEY GIVE YOU A STICKER WHEN YOU MOVE IN THAT MIGHT LEAD TO SOME INDICATION THAT THEY HAVE A TOW COMPANY AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE A STICKER HOW STUPID ARE YOU TO THINK OH WELL I SET MY AIR CONDITIONER AT 80 AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE 80 THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE HOUSE??????MORON THEY TOUGHT YOU HEAT RISES IN LIFE 5TH GRADE MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP WORRYING ON WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF YOU AND GET A CLOSE LOOK AT YOUR SELF YOUR A FREAKING IDIOT!!!!!!! ANYWAYS I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND WELL WHEN TRASH COMES THIS IS WHAT YOU GET TRASH TALK!!!!!
