Once poorly maintained by previous management/owner. Previously much higher incident of fights, drug related/criminal activity. Mail boxes still a problem, not very secure and frequently vandalized or broken into. Large number of unsupervised children all ages. Present management/owner has made progress in restoring outside appearance, served notice on destructive behavior. Pool remains closed, access to pool adjacent property managed by same. Plus is the school district prefered over Ft. Worth. Nice town and good Police Dept. Plus is that it is affordable to low income. (basis for recommendation)
