Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Dumpsters relocated into the parking area taking prime spaces, litter and refuse around including nails and broken glass on pavement seldom cleaned. Have the odor, the flies less than 25 feet from from the door. Glass and crud in breezeways, raggy old mailboxes easily broken into, if you don't like your neighbors just wait, over half the time they won't be around long.
