Promised ceiling tile replacement in bathroom never realized, leak in bathroom tub faucet repaired numerous times, never fixed properly, still leaked, take some before and after pictures, might be handy in the event you move, the apt. was not that good upon move in 8 years ago. Granted latest management company is the best this place has seen, but for me it was too late, too far gone on negelected needed repairs. Like mold' This is the place for you.(see bathroom ceiling) They offered a transfer to another apt., but I was leaving in 03 months at lease end. They would only release the lease at my expense. The place is a dump.
