The apartment complex has gotten new owners and the rent has increased dramatically,you cannot control your own heat and air(its a watercooled system).there is constant noise,and problems.we have lived here 5 years and everything was fine until we got new owners,now they are all section 8 apartments and they have moved all of the people from the fort worth projects complex(which was recently tore down) to our complex.we have made numerous complaints about the noise and music numerous times and nothing is done about it,the manager tells us that she cant do anything about it and if we continue to complain WE will be evicted.There is plenty of other apartments out there,if your smart you will not even think about moving here!!!
