No Respect

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
When I lived there and was late on my rent, I was awakened with the yelling of the manager and maintenence men. They demanded appliances from me in place of my rent. They did not knock, they came in without permission and had no respect. They did not bother to call or leave a note regarding the rent, they just waltzed right in and was very disrespectful. I was scared
