To all newbies, it is a great place for a year or so until they make you feel unwanted. I moved in a year and a half ago and I saw the comment about new owner making changes he sure did but what good is it with new people you can't trust. Like the office staff, I've put several work requests in but the only way it would get done is if I was to walk up to Rico or Joey and tell them. It took about 2 or 3 days later for them to add it to their list, but they did it with a smile. I saw when the -------- were so called remodeling an apartment next to me it looked very nice til I was shocked by the work they were doing, painting over mold spots and roach infested walls fool of poop for the price you would think it be done right. Anyways I'll be out of here by Jan. don't be fooled. New management here are really new I guess! Poor choice when I heard Joey and Rico were let go I thought that was B.S. Truly Park Dale and my whole building is upset. Newbies wish you could have met old maint staff you felt safe leaving things out with them working in your apt. You could say the wrong people were let go. Not saying don't rent here just think twice before you do. FYI appliances are the only new things you get.
