We had a downstairs apartment and you could here the woman and her daughter above us stomping around. You could hear this womens television and her windows and door were closed! Not only that the people beside had their bedroom next to ours and well...it was hard to sleep at night with them moaning and having their TV loud.

We were able to break our lease without a problem because we recorded everything with the problems with our neighbor above us. The manager tried to fix the problem by fining them but they [upstair neighbor] just got worse because of our complaints.

The area was well kept and free of trash. The manager was alright but we lost a lot of money with our A/C unit because they just kept adding freeon to it instead of fixing it. They put freeon in there about 8 times and after numerous complaints buy us they finally got a new A/C unit.

Notices were always sent out immediately if a break in occured or theft of any kind.

The layout of the 2 bed, 2 bath was excellent with washer & dryer connections in the hallway that was in it's own little nook. I loved the apartment, just not the upstair neighbors.

We never had a problem with roaches or bugs because they sprayed once or twice a month in the apartment and outside. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet just not the people upstairs. You could occassionally hear the jets go by from the base in Lake Worth but you get used to it and it wasn't that bad.
