Well in the last six months, we have had a new manager/asst. manager, and it seems like our wonderful little complex is going straight down hill.
The new manager has the personality of a rock, I have complained about a couple of things and she just sits there and nods and says not her problem. And for sure don't try to get ahold of corporate, or talk to her supervisor, as all she seems to care about is screwing people over......
The walls are so thin here you can hear the sex at night.....that is just wonderful especially for young children.
Now we are start having security issues here too, I have heard that a tailgate from a new dodge was stolen, of people trying to get into apts at night, and I checked this out with the WSPD, and then last night we had an armed robbery attempt just across the street, we are becoming the Hood as is across I30. I do not feel safe anymore, and will plan to move asap.
The one good thing I would like to say about this place, is the maintenance man is so nice, he is always cheerful even tho he has to keep up with this run down place alone. And he gets the job done, including the beautiful and refreshing pool he keeps sparkling. Rick should get a raise, and some help to deal with such a large complex. He does a great job!
Overall, I would never tell a friend to move in here. I truly believe the management staff makes a place. With this one it doesn't matter whether you pay your rent on time or not, if you have a dog your constantly harrassed, altho cats are allowed to roam free and nothing is done, and we have no security whatsoever, and management could care less all they seem to care about is leasing, have you noticed the signs out lately, oh and the balloons'''''' What's that about' we all miss Miss Tamara, and guess we'll have to get used to "the rock" or like me be movin on asap.................

The above is absolutely right, I used to live there too. The new management seems to be only letting -------- and undesirables rent anymore, I thought that they ran criminal checks. And the -------- living 5-6 in a one bedroom apt, that is against TAA rules, and they have been reported.

I disagree with the both of you. The manager is very nice and does the best that she can. You both need to realize that she can only do what the owners will let her do. She works very hard to make everyone at the community happy. She does what she can with what she has to make the property as nice as possible. She has no control over the cat issues either; if it is that big of a deal to you then call animal control to have them come catch them. Also not everyone reports to the office about break ins and again that is the job for the Police department the management really has no say in that matter. I am sorry but Tamara was an airhead and lost all kinds of paperwork and as far as Rick he rigged so much in my apartment it was not even funny. Glad that they got rid of both of them. Stephanie has been the best manager that the property has seen in long time. The new maintenance man Joe works his but off and is always there early and stays late to get the job done. The two of them are a great team and are trying to turn the property around. I know from being in the apartment buisness myself in the past that the owners are the ones that make the management look bad and I wish everyone could see that, the managers get a bad rap because of them and it is not fair. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking.
