You get what you pay for.

The move in process was simple. They actually show you the apartment you will be living in, which is a major plus as most places show you some "god-like" dwelling they want you to believe every place is like.
Besides living in a fairly cheap two bedroom apartment there are tons of problems I could list. For example having no lights in the apartment except in the dining room (the only ceiling fan in the whole apartment). 2 in the kitchen, 2 in the bathroom, 1 in the hallway, and one in every closet. That's it! You re stuck buying lamps for light in the living rooms and bedrooms.
The apartment is pretty outdated even though they call it the "remodeled" one and make it a little more expensive, but not outrages.
The area is what you make it. Our building so far seems to be very quiet. Of course in all apartments you will hear your upstairs neighbors, but that's all apartments.
They only have 2 phone jacks in the unit, and one is in the bedroom and the other is right beside a cabinet that opens up into the jack (pretty much useless location). They also only have 1 coaxial jack in the unit (living room). Which means if your like me and have to have internet and TV you will be stuck running a 50' cord around the place to have your desk in the bedroom.
Parking is a free for all. Right now parking doesn't seem to be an issue. I could see it become a problem. For some reason VERY few apartments do assigned parking. Not sure why, as that would be a game changer for me.
Maintenance so far seems to be on top of there game. They come in and fix everything in a timely manner and having an old apartment complex to maintain is a job in its self. The office staff seems friendly, but could be more involved with residents.
All in all this apartment is what you pay for. It's outdated and needs a major overhaul. It is what I would consider a decent place, but no where near the looks of say Stone Villas, Constellation Ranch, Wynhaven West Point apartments, but those apartments will cost you about 300-500 bucks more a month for a two bedroom place.
For someone who needs a place to live and isn't a picky, and can do things for themselves this place fits the bill. For those that want an immaculate place look for something about 300-500 a month more.
