This apartment complex is horrible. The apartments are so old that on the second floor apartments, the floor sags in any area that is more than 2 feet away from an exterior wall. It is impossible to get anything fixed. They have 2 repairmen for the 3 apartment complexes they own, and there are like 90 units. Unless there is a flood in your apartment, they're not going to fix it, but they will lie to you and say that they are. The rent is to high, and everything the fix is done half-assed. The managers are completely self centered, and will not accomodate extenuating circumstances at all. There is a 500$ reletting fee if you move out to early, no matter what the reason, and a 200$ transfer fee, if you lose your roommate, and have to move into a one bedroom. I would highly recommend not moving in here, ever! By the way, they advertise that they have problems with break-ins, and post that someone is coming into your apartment without your permission on the day they are coming in, so if your away from home, your not going to know they went in.
