My roomate and I, both from Dallas/Ft. Worth we lived there while attending MSU. The cost was great, you cannot find anywhere that cheap to live in Dallas, but you pay for what you get. We had problems with our sliding glass door not opening easily and squeking so bad! they told us they fixed it, but the same day it was the same problem. Finally after my parents called and complained they really fixed. If you live downstairs be prepared to hear every move the people upstairs make! and smell all the food they make too! Not to mention the pigeon problem the apartments have! we had to sweep our front walk every damn day, just so we wouldn't track poop in! If you like yellow appliances, and 70's decor, then this is the place for you!
