I was so disappointed... I moved here 900 miles with the assurance via telephone that everything on the internet, and the paper brochures they sent me were what I needed to see this 3 bedromm 2.5 bath townhome was going to be my "dream home". Oh My God...whata nitemare! Filth and more filth... They neglected to mention the man made mote around the place due to this being in a flood zone - 15 foot deep fenced mote around the place with about 6 inches of stagnant water standing in the ditch, and that the smell was pungent. The porches/decks all have privacy fences - those that still have boards in full pieces, that is. And if you dont mind beer cans littered in the yards and parking lots - then this must be home sweet home. Im sick that I moved here and cant wait til my lease is up. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!Dont know what they do with the rent, but upkeep isnt part of the gameplan!
