Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
if you like to loose running water about 4 times a month, if you like stickers covering every inch of grass, if you like people defecating in the swimming pool, if you like people partying outside your children's windows at 3 AM, if you like to call for maintenance 4 times before receiving any call-back, if you like pot-holes and vehicle burglaries, then please move to Tiffany place apartments. If you dont want to go insane, move eleswhere
