Not only do they "forget" to submit your complaints, but when they do get around to it, you STILL have to show the maintenance worker HOW to fix the clogged sink, the broken closet rod, the missing towel rack, etc.... I'm a 20 year old woman, and I had to explain to the maintenance man that he was installing the wall bracket for the shelving BACKWARDS! Plus, you NEVER get packages that FedEX or UPS have delivered to the apartment office. When you turn in the delivery slip to the front office, they just look blankly at each other, rummage through a stack of boxes in the back, then tell you they've never seen a package with your name on it. Where do the packages all go''
