Units Burn Down

I have not lived here long and did not have any real problems until several months after my move in date. I can deal with hot water turn offs nearly everyday and total water shut off 4 to 5 times a month. In early Dec I had a rodent die in the wall of my pantry and later my apartment flooded because we let it get to cold and pipes burst. I was out of town and they were kind enough to move my furniture for me and said they would move it back, I appreciate that. The furniture was moved into the small kitchen rather than into an empty apartment. If it had not taken a month to replace the carpet pad, I would not have been bothered. After a couple weeks of doing dishes in the bathroom and not having access to my oven, microwave, or fridge, I asked management when the floor would be fixed (eating out 3 times a day is expensive) and our empty neighboring apartment was getting new carpet before us. They were upset that I thought we needed maintenance before the empty apartment next door. When the floor was fixed we were told we had to move the furniture our selves because they damaged my room mates furniture (several hundred dollars worth of repair) and he complained. They did not offer to pay for damages because it was our fault the pipes burst. The sink, that we could now get to, was growing mold so we did dishes first. The dishwasher did not work. Someone from maintenance turned off the water supply to it because it was malfunctioning; they lied to me, it had caused the leak not a pipe rupture. After a month of mildewing carpet, no dihwasher, and no ability to cook for myself they still recieved their rent check. Oh and I still have rodent remains in my pantry wall, but they get mad when I remind them. I get the impression that I am a burden to them at all times. At least it was a faulty dishwasher and not a supposed faulty heater like our friends who also live at Tiffany Place, they stayed at red cross the other night because their unit burnt down in the middle of the night. I worry now about the fact that after my furniture was moved my smoke alarm was disconnected upstairs and has not been and probably won't repaired. I don't expect a mansion, I only expect common courtesy.
