my son and his two roomates rented here for college. we filled out close to 3 pages of things wrong with the apartment upon move in on the move in report. there 1 year lease is up in 2 months and they have never addressed one item on the move in report. lazy. they had a flood during winter break and the apartment management tried to blame the tenants for not having the heat up high enough and it caused a pipe to break. but it was a bad dishwasher selenoid from the very old disahwasher and not a pipe. we had to hire a master plumber to find this out. they also broke his brand new pool table and then lied about it. had to threaten to file lawsuit to get them to pay damages. liars. can't and won't produce maintenance records at our request. there are none because they don't do anything. slumlords. if you have college students going to msu, look for a house for them to share or for an apartment on otherside of town. i would not rent any apartment run by ept management.
