My sister lived at Tiffany for 6 months. To the person that lived here for a few years and liked living here, you are just plain rude. First of all, you need to get your facts straight. It is not too much to ask to feel safe and be in a half way healthy environment. My sister's place had black mold, too. If you check your health regualtions, that is illegal. As much as apartments cost now adays, yes, we expect them to be half way decent. And when places like Tiffany do not use qualified maintenance people to actually FIX things, that is wrong. And, yes, the office staff may not be highly paid, but they knew what they signed up for and they do represent Tiffany. Yes, it is their responsibility to make sure things get done and keep on the management if they can't get it done themself. I have lived in several bad complexes in town and this person must live in la-la land. Also, where the break-in's are concerned, that is also rediculous. You should feel safe. And, also, if a flood happens because of the complex's negligence, the tenent is not responsible
