I have lived here way too long, and cannot wait to move. When moving in, I was promised my water bill would be no more than $14/month. It has never been less than $20. The maintenence is slow, the parking is inadequate, half the time you don't know if you will have running water, it's very noisy-impossible to sleep during the day, the rent increases every time you have to renew, the office staff is extremely unorganized and rude. Honestly, I would keep looking at other properties...I have lived in 3 different apt. complexes and this has been the worst by far!!

Arbor Creek apartments is a scam on msu students. My water is never on and if so its always cold in the shower and hot in the kitchen. They take forever to fix the issues with the apartment, but so quick to give you a late fee. My time living here has given me the chance get the feeling of spending time in jail, except the walls are prob. thicker in jail. Arbor Creek walls are just about cardboard and can carry on a convo. through the walls with other people living in the dump of apartments. aka Arbor Creek
